  • Oversee the filing and archiving of all documentation and records pertaining to assessment at WBS for QA and accreditation reporting purposes.
  • Monitor and report on performance against timelines and other performance metrics associated with exams processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external moderation and examination processes and reporting.
  • Ensure that all timelines and deadlines for the processing of examination results are met

Minimum Requirements…

Requirements:

  • An Honours degree
  • 5 years university administrative experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory/management position.
  • Thorough understanding of the rules/Senate Standing Orders governing examinations and the ability to apply these effectively.
  • Knowledge of Activity Management Systems, Student Information Management System and generally good computer literacy.

  • Fundraising Leadership

o   Working closely with the Campaign Manager to lead the unit’s fundraising activities through leadership and supervision of the fundraising team across the stages of fundraising life cycle

  • Liaison, Communication & Collaboration

o   Support the Fundraising Manager and Campaign Manager in providing liaison, communication and collaboration to internal and external university stakeholders in fundraising matters not directly related to an active fundraising initiative, to help develop a pipeline of potential prospects and projects and strengthen support for fundraising capability across the institution.

  • Funding requests

o   Support the Campaign Manager in fielding fundraising related queries from academics, staff and other university stakeholders, some of which may prioritised to proceed to initiation as fundraising initiatives and others that may be rejected or require advice or guidance before being developed further.

  • Development & Operations

o   Supervise knowledge and quality management practices in the fundraising team and provide support to the Campaign Manager where requested, in marketing and promotions, fundraising intelligence and general operations.

  • Three years of proven success in fundraising, advancement or sales related work
  • Two years of experience at team leader, supervisor or managerial level in fundraising or sales related work
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills in English
