• Take customers to soccer/ rugby as and when is required.

• Provide feedback on competitor activities.

• Maintain a good relationship with all your customers.

2. Tenders: –

2.1 Ensure that:-

• Ensure tenders reach CBI-Electric: African cables within one day after release.

• Determine which other suppliers have taken documents.

• Determine which cable items are used in the highest volumes by the customer.

• Co-ordinate with tender coordinator to ensure tender document is delivered on time.

• Get read-out information to tender coordinator.

• Keep close to customer during adjudication process to assist in the answering of any queries and place CBI in a favourable position whereby negotiation can occur, if required.

3. After Tender Award: –

• Actively purchase of cable.

• Ensure CBI-Electric: African cables items are not purchased form any other party.

• Co-ordinate regularly with the tender coordinator to determine whether cables will be delivered according to order requirements.

• Liase with Logistics and Sales Manager to reduce impact of any late deliveries.

4. Customer Complaints:-

• Monitor all customer complaints i.e. by site visits including follow-up of written responses and negotiate ways to resolve/compensate legitimate

complaints.

5. General:-

• Assist with market surveys when required.
