Job Specification…

Ensure effective systems management of all HR processes and functions.
Ensure the employee life cycle is managed effectively.
Plan work through liaison with relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with Human Resource Manager and/or coordinator on system operations activities continuously.
Monitor the HR process regularly to ensure conformance to and understanding of standards and procedures by clients.
Support and participate in change management initiatives to drive transformation and optimisation.
Ensure that the SAP organisational structure is accurately maintained, and system data is accurately captured and secure.
Compile accurate reports and ensure that system administration requirements are complied with.
Prepare ad-hoc reports for HR Management or other information.
Contribute to implementing HR’s planning process and/or strategy plan.
Support management control of the HR function and execution capability.
Participation in improvement projects within the HR function and/or participate in required meetings.
Manage employee relations climate and identify risks and threats to the HR process/functions proactively.
Implement approved labour plans and ensure that the type and number of employees are allocated to sections to support production output.
Implement a suitable HR governance framework according to the policies and procedures for the business entity.
Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal and external relations and implement remedial actions where required.
Adhere to safety regulations and Mine standards, procedures and practices and report non-compliance.

Minimum Requirements…

GR 12, HR Degree, or related Qualification. Clear Criminal record, drivers’ licence.
3 years’ experience as a HR Generalist

Advantageous:

Honour’s degree in HRM.
5 years’ HR experience in mining industry,
Registered at SABPP.
