• Check confirmed PO dates against scheduled MO dates and reschedule if necessary.
• Create and update weekly, monthly and yearly production plans whilst assisting production with capacity planning and project prioritizing.
• Attend weekly planning meetings and assist with WIP counts and project progress tracking.
• Liaise with Project Management to circulate important feedback regarding project progress for clients.
• Liaise will all department heads in weekly planning meetings to align weekly production plans with all managers and assist in managing production exceptions.
• Assist in implementing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP’s) into internal processes.
• Generate relevant reports to provide feedback for effective decision making.

Engineering and Designs

• Conduct site inspections to gather the necessary information and become familiar with the scope of work required as part of the proposal or project.

• Perform engineering design calculations as required.
• Create design drawings (from conceptual to detailed drawings) illustrating the engineered solution.
• Complete detailed designs (including, but not limited to plant layouts, electrical reticulation designs, cable sizing, cable schedules, bill of quantities, panel layouts, and circuit schematics and control system drawings).
• Coordinate with the engineering department of the company and all various international branches or departments to streamline engineering processes.
• Ensure that all technical requirements are taken into account and met.

• Write functional specifications after consultation with the customer.
• Software design and integration tests.
• Supervise and oversee manufacturing and installation.

Maintains the Quality Management Food Safety (QMFS) system
