Assisting brand teams with strategic planning and execution of web, app, digital marketing (including online brand management), database marketing, email, social media, SEO/SEM, display and CRM initiatives and campaigns
Optimising digital platforms to maximise the collection of consumer and transactional data
Evaluating and presenting consumer trends pertaining to digital marketing, loyalty and reward programmes
Working with Brand Marketing teams to increase customer conversion, improve retention and customer loyalty
Developing KPI dashboards for web, app, digital marketing, database marketing, email, social media, SEO/SEM, display and CRM initiatives and campaigns
Analysing KPI’s to review conversion and retention rates and ROMI, and ensure continuous improvement in all digital initiatives and campaigns
Contributing to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
Developing sustainable business models for rewards and incentive programs with potential 3rd party partners
Securing, commercialising and managing 3rd party reward programme partnerships
Communicating across technical and non-technical audiences
Developing digital marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
Support, educate and train the brand marketing teams in digital marketing by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
Analyse and feedback on outcomes against KPI’s, to ensure continuous and meaningful improvement in all digital initiatives
Assist Brand marketing teams with planning their overall digital marketing strategies

Minimum Requirement….

Requirements
Tertiary qualification required. Preferably Marketing, Commerce and/or Information Systems related
Strong background in customer acquisition and retention strategies
5+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager
5+ years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Extensive experience of direct and digital marketing ideally in a similar industry
Experience with post campaign analysis
Analytical mindset with experience in translating data into relevant insights and world class engagement strategies
Good knowledge of range of digital marketing channels
Experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software

Manage stock releases for Export Customers
Liaise and resolve with Export Team, all queries pertaining to export stock accounts
Collection of money from Debtors within stipulated terms for each account
Ensure collections are processed on time and accurately, based on remittances from customers, allocate payments against respective invoices
Timeous generation and allocation of credit notes
Download of all daily Bank Statements for Zambia, Mauritius, Malawi, Kenya & USD banks
Application of daily payments per Bank Statement
Releasing of all e-forex payments
